Oops. Apparently, Microsoft haven't complied with the EU's antitrust ruling, which opens them up to some incredibly large fines - $2.56 million per day.

Virgin pirates music, gets fined

Turns out it's not just regular Net users who illegally download and share music. Bizarrely, Virgin France decided to compete with an exclusive offering by downloading the track in question, cracking the copy protection, and selling it to their customers.
